The Ideal Candidate
This is a service for Executive Leaders and their teams who recognize they are not functioning at the potential they are capable of.
This is a fabulous assessment tool that awakens teams to their existing gaps and empowers them to re-examine their roles and responsibilities; recruit according to geniuses, and restructure in ways that energize team spirit.
There is a total of six Working Geniuses. All are required for getting work done successfully. We all have two Working Geniuses, two Working Competencies, and two Working Frustrations.
Working Genius
Indicates your natural ability; what brings you joy and fulfillment. It consistently gives you energy.
Working Competency
Indicates what you can do well but are not fulfilled by. Over time this drains your energy.
Working Frustration
Indicates what you dislike doing and find draining, even if you’ve learned to be capable at it.
We need to be doing a good portion of our work where we can hold onto the energy for a long time. Working in our Geniuses doesn’t feel like work at all.
Working with a Certified Facilitator can transform work for people by:
-Understanding why they have been successful or unsuccessful in past endeavors
- Clarifying which types of work give joy and energy and which types are draining and difficult
- Avoiding making unfair and inaccurate judgments about one another’s motivation
- Alleviating guilt about struggles people have with certain types of work
-Improving dialogue and directives in team meetings
-Making quick and concrete adjustments to roles and responsibilities to better tap into one
another’s strengths, and avoid one another’s weaknesses
- Getting more done in less time
We brought in Jacqueline and her team to facilitate a condensed Genius training workshop as part of our team building and department meeting day. I loved the enthusiasm and energy that Jacqueline brought into the training. The entire team was engaged and from a manager standpoint it provided invaluable information learning more in depth about our team members and what their areas of competencies and frustrations were and areas where they would shine in their natural genius.

“I cannot say enough good things about my session with Jacqueline. At first I was quite skeptical of the Working Genius as I don’t particularly love personality tests or the like.
However, the Working Genius is actually a really helpful tool as it helps me to find and undersand my natural joy and how it can work in and work. The key piece in all of this was my session with Jacqueline.
In my session she explained the geniuses, she asked the right questions to help me dig in deep, and ultimately she helped me go beyond the initial assessment and find my actual geniuses which were in fact different from what the original assessment showed.
I look forward to working with Jacqueline again and am excited to see how I continue to explore an apply my geniuses.”
