“Without vision, the people perish.”

When a business doesn’t have a clear Vision that all have bought into, it will be much harder to plan, direct, and grow. You can bet on:

  • Unnecessary busyness

  • Indecisions

  • Costly inefficiencies

  • Short-term returns

  • Cultural clutter

  • Unorganized processes and systems

  • And, despite the workload, even boredom and unfulfillment

Vision + Clarity Setting sessions will support the development of a strong business foundation for your organization.

How it works:

6 hour workshop where we learn and work together to develop the foundation of your business (with your team if applicable).

Keynote Presentations:

Speaking engagements for your event or workplace delivered on the following topics:

1. Attitude: It's the Main Thing

In our time together we discuss how attitude determines what happens in our lives. The impact of attitude is rarely truly understood. It's the main thing when it concerns our behaviour, actions, decisions, and the results of our lives. It controls, with surprising extent, our success or failure. Our attitude toward life is what will determine the attitude of life towards us.

2. Leadership, Loss, and Resilience

Loss is imminent. Change is a reality. And it’s up to us to lead ourselves and others towards horizons of possibility, hope, and healing. Ultimately, whatever the circumstances we must learn to land back on our feet stronger, clearer, and resilient. During our time together, I speak about my own journey of loss, grief, and the journey of renewal.

3. Courage Does Not Always Roar

Fifty percent of our time at work is spent collaborating with others. That means that as leaders, employees (at whatever level), and business owners we must learn to work well together. Work business requires more interdependence and teamwork than what was ever experienced 20 years ago. Today, for us to succeed as individuals, teams, and organizations we need to create work environments of trust and psychological safety intentionally and proactively. During our time together we’ll be addressing key situations, behaviours, decisions, and actions that create thriving work environments where trust and psychological safety make all the difference.

4. When Change is the Only Way

Change is always on the horizon. Most of us don’t like it because it’s disruptive. It challenges our comfort. Complacency is insidious and it affects every one of us. It's so subtle we don't realize it's landed and settled. The signs are numerous and varied. Frequently, the only way to move to what we are meant for, to achieve what we are designed for and realize what we secretly want and desire, is change. It’s usually the only way forward.

5. Leading at Your Best: Reinventing Your Self-Image and Confidence

Each of us have certain strong feelings and beliefs towards, and, about ourselves. We act, behave, make decisions, risk, and achieve the results of our lives, or not, based on those beliefs of who we are and what we’re capable of. The truth is that we act consistently according to the identity we’ve created for ourselves. It is impossible to function at a level of great leadership if at a very deep subconscious level, we believe we are incapable of it. So, if we want different results, we must start by changing our self-image. During our time together we will discuss what we can start to do to build a more robust self-image that leads into greater confidence and better leadership results.

Keynote Speaking Engagements

“Jacqueline delivered a passionate and relevant presentation at the Saskatchewan Safety Seminar, leaving me with an actionable take-away.

Speaking with her afterwards, and having met through WESK previously, I can say she embodies the qualities she encouraged us as Safety Leaders to work on.

Jessica Klarholm, Skills Development and Safety Enthusiast

Thank you for your presentation, I think you touched the whole audience in one way or another. You’re a very strong and courageous person.”

Jeff M. Gov. of Saskatchewan

“I attended Jacqueline’s talk and I totally enjoyed it because it spoke directly to two things that have happened to me.

Attitude is huge and like she said our negative response to someone’s bad attitude often serves as a mirror. I want doors to be opened to me, not closed.

There were so many other good things I could comment on but her last statement about the need to cultivate faith is true and important as faith is what grounds us when our world feels like it is falling apart and it helps us through those hard times.”

The Working Genius Facilitation

This is a service for Executive Leaders and their teams who recognize they are not functioning at the potential they are capable of. This is a fabulous assessment tool that awakens teams to their existing gaps and empowers them to re-examine their roles and responsibilities; recruit according to geniuses, and restructure in ways that energize team spirit.

There is a total of six Working Geniuses. All are required for getting work done successfully. We all have two Working Geniuses, two Working Competencies, and two Working Frustrations.

Working Genius indicates your natural ability; what brings you joy and fulfillment. It consistently gives you energy.

Working Competency indicates what you can do well but are not fulfilled by. Over time this drains your energy.

Working Frustration indicates what you dislike doing and find draining, even if you’ve learned to be capable at it.

We should be doing a good portion of our work where we can hold onto the energy for a long time. Working in our Geniuses doesn’t feel like work at all.

This is such a fantastic tool designed by Patrick Lencioni and the Table Group and I am excited to lead your team through the process.

What My Incredible Clients Are Saying

“I’ve truly appreciated the opportunity to work with Jaqueline. Her ability to listen, reflect and give feedback honestly, allowed me to think about my leadership in new ways.

It’s not often that I find someone willing to push me further than I push myself and I truly appreciate that skill even when she tells me things that I don’t like. It especially came at a perfect time for me as I transitioned into a role.”

Rev. Lori James, Director of Mission and Spiritual Care, LutherCare Communities

“Slowly but surely (because all great things take time!) we’ve built an extraordinary team at SREDA. This is evident in the multiple “Team of the Year” awards we’ve been fortunate to win. So the question for us was; how to become even better!?

To be world-class, you need world-class people, and world-class partners. That’s why we started working with Alpha and Omega Strategies – to help us get to the next level.

I am pleased to say that Jacqueline made us a mightier, a braver, and a better team by taking our leadership skills to that next level.

Those businesses that are brave enough to reach for the stars would benefit from Jaqueline’s extraordinary abilities to bring the best out of people and teams.”

Alex Fallon, former Team Lead & CEO, SREDA

“Jacqueline as a motivational coach drives you to do deep introspection and inventory of one’s own skills and abilities.

Her workshops are inspiring, giving you that can-do spirit, never to let setback to be one’s story.

But rather to allow every experience to be a learning opportunity for future success.

Her workshops will provide you with the skills to be progressive in every area of your life.”

Tamica Small, Equity & Inclusion Coordinator, Saskatchewan Intercultural Association

“I had the privilege of spending time with Jacqueline over the last few months.  She has helped me to make positive adjustments in my life including a new and better way of thinking.

These changes have already improved my work satisfaction and have raised my level of effectiveness and self-confidence.

Jacqueline’s coaching was clear, accurate (almost like she was sitting on my shoulder every day) and to the point.   ”
