This individual is committed to fostering an environment where their team can thrive, excel, and consistently deliver outstanding results. If you are ready to lead with purpose and elevate your team's potential, our program is designed to guide you every step of the way.
This 10-session program is designed for organizations & teams that:
Want to create a clear sense of purpose
Are growing, are faced with competing demands, and need to learn to work better together
Want to achieve greater results
Need clearer goals and organizational priorities
Want to learn to communicate more clearly
Want to celebrate success together
Recognize that the collective potential isn’t being utilized
Want to create a more trusting and psychologically safer environment
Realize that navigating through conflict is essential
Want to develop and grow more leadership capacity among the team players
In our time together we focus on the following 6 strategies:
1. Alignment
Without a clear picture of where we’re heading, it’s very difficult to know where to place effort, energy, and resources.
Great leaders always have the vision in front of them. It pulls them, so they are able to invite others into it, and move people and the organization to where it will be better.
2. Trust
We can move in the direction of our vision faster and more effectively when we trust one another.
3. Interdependence
This is what is going to make the group of people you work with into a high-performance team. It is through this team, that you will find support, contribution, understanding, and ultimately achieve your objectives. It’s through this pillar that you and your team learn to become effective team players. It’s about moving from independence to interdependence.
Peak performing teams develop only when each member understands the link between their unique skills and the skills of others on the team.
4. Disruption
Without it, we remain stagnant. We may not like it, it can make us feel very uncomfortable, it’s unfamiliar territory; but, we need it to grow, flourish, thrive and succeed.
5. Accountability
85% of leaders are not defining what their people should be working on and 84% of employees avoid accountability. And 80% of people see accountability as punishing. High performance leaders and teams demand it because it’s the way they know how to get what they want. It’s the pathway to improvement.
6. Talent Expansion
Paving the path for new leaders to step in, is the way. But this can’t happen accidentally, it’s got to be planned.
At the very core of a high-performance team exists a commitment to creating a strong, trusted, and growing Leadership Culture; and that’s because leaders create the culture of any organization. When we lead well, great things happen.
So, it’s about creating that culture that will facilitate everything else.
What My Incredible Clients Are Saying
“In the spring of 2022, LutherCare Communities contracted Jacqueline to provide the Executive Leadership Team and Operational Leadership Team with team training and one-on-one coaching.
Jacqueline enthusiastically led the leadership teams through an Organizational Health training program and it is clear that she has a deep understanding of this content. Her one-on-one sessions with each leader was the perfect Segway to transfer the team training information into specific take aways for each individual.
Her training was not only beneficial for the collective leadership by improving an understanding of each other and working as a team, but also beneficial for each individual to understand themself and their own working genius.
I would recommend Jacqueline’s training program and really enjoyed the energy she brought to the group each time.”

“Jacqueline is an extremely motivational speaker, passionate about her subject and supporting others to be the best they can be. I found that she had an innate ability to listen, reflect and give feedback honestly, allowing me to think about leadership in new ways. Jacqueline’s primary approach to creating organizational health and wellness and the development of high performing teams and organizations are the “Geniuses” that each of us possess.
Working through my own “Genius” with Jacqueline gave me an understanding of the contribution and the role(s) I am best suited to move a project forward and contribute to the overall organization. Knowledge of other team member’s “Geniuses” gave everyone an understanding of the talents each member possesses, and the value of that unique perspective to the overall success of the organization.
This unique perspective combined with an understanding of how each team member operates developed an appreciation, sense of respect and even empathy for each other as we work towards creating a high performing organization.”
