A space to think.
A room that holds the weight of leadership.
Leadership at the executive level is isolating. The decisions are complex. The stakes are real. Few leaders have a trusted place to work through them. The Leadership Lab was built to be that place.

What the AOS Leadership Lab is
Not a training program. An ongoing executive advisory environment.
Most leadership development keeps leaders in a classroom. The AOS Leadership Lab puts them in a room where they can think openly, carefully, with structured guidance and the perspective of peers who understand what it means to carry real business responsibility.
Participants bring current leadership questions, decisions, and business challenges into the room. The work happens in real time, in real situations, inside the organizations they are actually leading.
The result is not a certificate. It is a leader who thinks more clearly, decides more confidently, and leads with greater capacity week after week, month after month.
The distinction that matters
Leadership training teaches concepts. The AOS Leadership Lab works through decisions.
Leadership coaching addresses one leader. The AOS Leadership Lab brings the collective intelligence of a curated group.
Professional development happens in isolation. The AOS Leadership Lab creates a consistent environment that compounds over time.
What leaders gain
Each of these is built through ongoing engagement; not a single session, but a sustained environment that compounds over time.
The capacity to lead more clearly at every level of complexity.
01
— Clearer Decision-Making
Navigate complex leadership decisions with greater clarity and less second-guessing by working through them in real time.
02
— Stronger Strategic Thinking
Strengthen your ability to see the business as a whole and make decisions that serve long-term health, not only immediate pressure.
03
— Confidence Through Growth
Lead organizational growth with confidence, not certainty, but the grounded clarity that comes from having thought things through well.
04
— People & Culture Fluency
Address people and culture challenges more effectively by developing the language and frameworks to lead through them.
05
— Expanded Leadership Capacity
Develop as a leader while actively leading so growth doesn't require stepping away from the organization that needs you.
06
— Trusted Peer Perspective
A confidential environment where leaders can speak openly with peers who understand the weight of the role, not just the title.
Growth doesn't create problems. It reveals them.
The company is expanding. Revenue is moving. The team is larger than it's ever been.
And yet, decisions stack at the top. Managers wait for direction. Work gets redone. The founder is still the load-bearing wall of the entire organization.
Not because the team is weak. Because the leadership structure hasn't kept pace with the organization that's been built around it. This is the gap we work in.
01 — Decision Stacking
Every significant decision routes back to the founder, by design or by default.
Everything needs your approval
Managers hesitate without direction
Progress slows when you step back
02 — Rework Loops
Deliverables come back incomplete. Standards are assumed, not defined. Accountability has no teeth.
Work repeatedly redone
Unclear expectations at every level
No one owns outcomes fully
03 — Leadership Layer Strain
The managers you've promoted aren't equipped for the organization you're now running.
Middle managers unprepared for scale
Inconsistent standards across teams
Accountability confusion at every layer
Who this is designed for
Leaders who carry meaningful responsibility inside their organizations.
The AOS Leadership Lab is intentionally small and curated. It is designed for leaders who are already in the room where important decisions are made.
Executive Directors navigating organizational complexity and growth
Founders and business owners carrying both the strategic and people dimensions of leadership
Senior leaders and executives responsible for guiding teams and culture through change
Organizational decision-makers facing inflection points in growth, structure, or direction
Leaders who feel the isolation that often comes with senior responsibility
Leaders who want a trusted space to think not just advice, but guided strategic discussion
Why leaders stay
Leadership at the executive level can often feel isolating. Leaders carry the responsibility of making decisions that affect people, culture, financial health, and the long-term direction of the organization. Yet many leaders have few places where they can think through those decisions openly.

Jacqueline Almeida
CEO + Executive Leadership Advisor, Alpha + Omega Strategies
Leadership capacity | Strategic thinking | Organizational growth | People & culture | Executive advisory
Working with leaders who carry the real weight of organizational responsibility.
Jacqueline works with leaders who are responsible for guiding organizations through growth, complexity, and transformation. Her work is not about frameworks or models — it is about strengthening the person in the leadership role, so they can meet the demands of the organization they are building.
She focuses on leadership capacity, strategic thinking, and the practical realities of leading people and organizations through difficult decisions and periods of change.
The AOS Leadership Lab reflects her belief that the most important investment a leader can make is in the quality of their own thinking and that this is best developed not in isolation, but in a trusted room with the right people.
Giuseppe Almeida
Co-Founder & Growth Architect — Alpha + Omega Strategies
Multi-venture operations | Organizational systems | Leadership structure | Strategic clarity | Growth architecture
Giuseppe brings a practitioner's perspective to the Leadership Lab. As a multi-venture entrepreneur operating across construction, community development, and brand building simultaneously, he understands what it actually costs to lead, the decisions that don't have clean answers, the organizational weight that doesn't show up on a balance sheet, and the gap between where a leader is operating and where their organization needs them to be.
His work inside the Leadership Lab is grounded in that experience. He doesn't advise from theory. He advises from the reality of building multiple organizations at once, navigating complexity without a roadmap, and learning, through real consequence, what strong leadership structure looks like and what its absence costs.
Alongside Jacqueline, Giuseppe brings a complementary lens to the advisory environment: systems thinking, organizational design, and the strategic clarity that comes from operating across multiple industries under real pressure. His role in the room is to help leaders see what their current structure cannot hold, and what it would take to build one that can.
