You can earn $10,000 back when you complete the following every week for 12 months:

1. Attend all weekly coaching calls
Live attendance is required unless an emergency happens.

2. Submit your weekly written journals (3 per week)
Each journal must explain:

• What you learned

• How you used the learning

• How it changed your clarity

• How it helped your team

• How it improved communication and trust

• How it improved productivity

• What changed inside you as a leader

3. Submit one weekly video summary
Your video must be clear and short (1–3 minutes) and must include:

• What you learned this week

• How the lesson created more purpose in you

• How it helped your team get better

• How your people are finding clarity

• How productivity has changed

• When the productivity shift happened

• What the results were

• How profitability has grown

• Any wins or improvements you noticed

These videos help you track your own progress throughout the year.

4. Submit a Weekly Case Study for the Group
Each week, you will share a short case study from your real leadership experience so the whole group can learn, grow, and improve together.

Your participation is a big part of your success.
The more you contribute, the more your leadership and business will grow.

Everything shared inside calls or the community stays confidential.
