The Working Genius Team Coaching
4 HOUR TEAM SESSION
This program will guide and coach your team through the Working Genius, designed by Patrick Lencioni and the Table Group. This is such a fantastic tool and I am excited to lead your team through the process. There is a total of six Working Geniuses. All are required for getting work done successfully. We all have two Working Geniuses, two Working Competencies, and two Working Frustrations.
